1. Check the electrical control box for water or oil. If the electrical components are damp, do not turn on the robot.
2. Check that the power supply voltage is normal, that the front and rear safety door switches are functioning correctly, and verify that the motors rotate in the same direction before turning on the power.
3. When disassembling the industrial robot, turn off the injection molding machine power; turn off the robot arm power; turn off the robot arm's pneumatic supply; release the air pressure, and loosen the screws securing the pull-out cylinder mounting plate.
4. Move the buffer seat closer to the arm, tighten the pull-out cylinder mounting plate to prevent the arm from moving. Tighten the rotating safety screw to prevent the robot arm from rotating.
