Single Column Robot Palletizer
The single-column robotic palletizer supports non-standard customization of body height, working radius, gripper type and load capacity to flexibly satisfy personalized on-site production-line requirements of various customers. Adopting an all-steel structural frame and a servo closed-loop control system, the equipment runs smoothly with low jitter.
In the conventional manual palletizing mode, a large number of workers are required, resulting in high labor costs. Besides, the output fluctuates greatly due to operator fatigue. After switching to the single-column robotic palletizer, labor input can be remarkably reduced. Free from output restrictions caused by human fatigue, the machine maintains stable and consistent production efficiency in long-term operation. Its palletizing cycle reaches 5-8 cycles per minute. Product Application
The column-type palletizing robot workstation performs operations for industrial bag-form materials, including incoming material conveying → material positioning and conditioning → robot gripper picking → lifting → rotary transferring → descending for placement arrangement → layer-by-layer cyclic stacking → completion of full pallet stacking → discharge of full pallets and feeding of empty pallets. The equipment is suitable for general bag-shaped raw materials such as woven sacks, kraft paper bags, and PP chemical bags. It is widely used for bagged-material palletizing working conditions in chemical, building-material, rubber-plastic, feed, and powder raw-material industries.
The maximum height of the robot is within 8 meters, and the maximum load, including the gripper is up to 150 kg, which can meet different industrial automation requirements.
