Project Name: Xifa Industrial Plastic Pellet Automatic Bag Breaking & Feeding Project
Customer Pain Points
The front-end production relied on manual handling, bag breaking and feeding of 25kg plastic pellet bags. The job required high physical labor, leading to high employee turnover and recruitment difficulties. Inconsistent manual feeding speed also affected the stable operation of downstream extruders.
Haiyi Intelligent Control Implementation Plan
1. Plan and deploy a complete column robot intelligent bag breaking & feeding unit in the raw material area, including robot, vision system, bag-breaking gripper and material crushing silo.
2. Optimize the on-site layout to ensure the robot's working range covers the raw material staging area and feeding port, then complete equipment installation and system integration.
3. Conduct system joint debugging and multi-batch stability tests, and provide operation training for on-site equipment maintenance personnel.
